BearPaws Environmental Consulting, based in Fort Myers, serves clients throughout Southwest Florida, including coastal communities in Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Collier Counties, as well as inland areas in Hendry, Glades, Okeechobee, and DeSoto Counties.
Lee County
Our Fort Myers office is the base for field work, permitting, and agency coordination across Lee County and coastal Southwest Florida. We support single-family lots, commercial sites, and public projects with wetland delineation, wildlife surveys, ERP and State 404 permitting, mangrove and shoreline services, and compliance monitoring.

Charlotte, Glades, DeSoto, and Highlands Counties
From the Charlotte Harbor coast inland through DeSoto, Glades, and Highlands Counties, we support residential, agricultural, and commercial projects with wetland delineation, wildlife surveys, ERP and State 404 permitting, and compliance monitoring. Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Arcadia, and Moore Haven sit at the intersection of tidal systems, freshwater wetlands, and rapidly changing land use — conditions that reward local field knowledge and a realistic agency path.

The same Fort Myers team covers Collier and Hendry Counties. From Naples, Golden Gate, and Marco Island inland to Immokalee, LaBelle, and Clewiston, we bring local knowledge of hydrology, listed species, and the reviewing agencies so projects stay on a realistic permitting path.

We also work along the Sarasota-Bradenton coast, from Venice through Sarasota to Bradenton.
