Assessments
Our process includes proactive site reviews for wetlands and listed-species habitats, defining the permitting pathway early, before contracts are signed or site-designs are finalized.

Wildlife · Southwest Florida uplands
Our services include surveys for burrowing owls and gopher tortoises, as well as coordination for their relocation, preceding any land clearing activities.
Work is sequenced with FWC permitting so site work can proceed without last-minute wildlife delays.
Wetlands
We prepare formal wetland lines for residential, commercial, and industrial parcels, ensuring adherence to local county ordinances and facilitating environmental resource permitting processes, such as State & Federal 404 reviews.
Defensible boundaries reduce redesign later in the process and give civil engineers a reliable starting point.
Compliance & Monitoring
Multi-year monitoring of on-site preserves, indigenous vegetation, and mitigation areas required by development orders and ERPs.
Consistent reporting keeps permits in good standing and flags issues before they become enforcement problems.
coastal communities
Shoreline and mangrove assessments for waterfront lots, docks, and shoreline work along tidal rivers, creeks, bays, and estuaries.
We document community type, current condition, and likely permit triggers, so waterfront plans stay aligned with DEP, ACOE, and local mangrove rules and guidelines.
Beyond the Nest
Habitat surveys, roost surveys, and monitoring for bald eagles, Florida bonneted bats, Audubon's crested caracaras, red-cockaded woodpeckers, Florida scrub jays, sandhill cranes, and other listed avian species.
Documented observations support permit conditions and keep construction in compliance during sensitive seasons.
